If the money spent by CCE was from one of the many grants they they receive, in effect they get paid twice for the same thing.

The biggest refund they have received to date, was from memory about $12 million for Ceto 5 r & d.

There seems to be much more r & d going into Ceto 6, so we should see them getting a very large refund again.

Accepting assistance in this way, should not be seen as milking the system. It is completely normal in Australia and other countries with similar schemes, to assist start up companies to get established.
