Per the company's announcement of his appointment dated 29 December 2017, his directorship is past tense;
"More recently, Mr Buzza
was an Executive Director of Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC), a provider of clinical decision support systems. “I am privileged to be joining the board at such a pivotal moment in the Company’s history and help build upon the outstanding foundations that have already been laid,” said Mr Buzza"
This wasn't an attack on your post, I was clearly just stating that in my opinion much of the requirements of the position could/should be handled by the current management and/or new member of the BOD.
