    Whilst I know people assume winter is the "best" time for pneumonia and other respiritory diseases, and so logically best for recruitment, its actually not necessarily the case.

    Recently a study, “Seasonality Of Pathogens Causing Community-Acquired Pneumonia,” was published in the journal Respirology and noted that cases most frequently occurred in winter (34%), but two-thirds of patients developed these conditions during other seasons (less so in summer).

    You can still even contract pneumonia during the summer. In fact, some kinds of pneumonia are even more common during spring/summer.

    Not trying to discount your comment (which I think is valid to discuss), but just saying because winter is finishing in the Northern hemisphere doesn't mean we can't still get enough recuits.

    In fact I think it was on these very HC forums a couple of years ago that someone, might have even been someone from RAP itself, that said winter is good but it doesn't really matter what the season is for recuiting.
