    The original TH announcement is price sensitive but the request letter is not. This is common, it just means people aren't bombarded with price sensitive alerts for the same thing whilst still providing additional (albeit brief) information as to why the TH was requested.
    There would be no need for a TH if the incoming news wasn't price sensitive.
