    Shorts have no catalyst to drive price lower now we have the quarterly out and over supply garbage subsiding. Price has been hammed from $4.54.

    The lack of info in this report/previous 4 months wreaks of confidential discussions. Suppression of info, generally leads to one thing, I'll let you work that part out
