    Woa autonomous undersea vehicle. (1) must be EV? autonomous perfectly fit EV (2) only billionaires can buy the luxury, niche demand. (3) energy cost required to bring them above ground, let alone energy to 'boom' the underground.

    Living in Japan past few months, basically people depends on sea natural resource, they have no other resource. The activity to mine the sea should be more sensitive than Lynas operation in Malaysia.
