It hasn't been ignored here?
The news has certainly been dismissed here by some, but that's not the case elsewhere. In fact, I can't think of another REE story that has been promulgated and published as widely as this one since the Chinese export restriction.
The story has also been misunderstood here by some. That ignorance has led to the news being ignored, which just leads to more ignorance.
The fact that this story has been so popular is itself informative and further suggests it's importance. Each publisher confirms it and many are far more connected and astute than CNN
MAYBE CNN's headline was over the top, but ausheds' and his groupies complete failure to grasp the significance is even further from reality.
