    With all due respect Chemist, if the challenges facing underwater mining are even half that of a deep hard rock mine then Lynas will continue to lead the pack well into the forseeble future...

    That's not to say that underwater RE's aren't feasible or needed, as Amanda pointed out the vision and actual development of these projects are good for RE's...
