if these guys were in qld the company woudl be worth three or four times its value..or what it was worth before a fund or two decided to book the tax losses.

The mention from AOE the other days says to me they are aware of this op.- but could be wrong on that..

Time will tell, couldn't care less about the con note conversion however, its too far away at this point while the company is on the life boat and sitting on alot of gas as you rightly point out.
