Surely it's cash or nothing.
Hard to imagine a scenario where bygones are bygones and KCN just start up and start pulling pay dirt.
IMO a group of influential people within the Thai government see the nation's only significant gold mine as a Thai national asset and will constantly make it challenging for any outside interests to prosper, don't think elections change a thing.
