Don't have one. Dialogue is usually kept open during proceedings so wouldn't surprise me if something comes. Sides often seem to like to put a strong (or at least as strong as they can) argument to the judge that has been assigned and then negotiate from what they think might be a stronger position. Can never guarantee anything in legal proceedings...
