It sounds to me as, they are moving the PPP to Perth, at which time their improved "2nd generation" reactor will be ready bolt to it. In other words, they got continuous production from their original design, which is awesome because all indicators were that this was proving to be a stumbling block.
The wording is not entirely clear here, but it sounds like they will be producing from the 2nd generation PPP.
Is the " larger reactor and start demonstrating the commercial viability of synthetic graphite production" the PPPv2? If so, that's small amounts of revenue.
Or is the "larger reactor" the as promised Pilot Plant, or are they just planning on bolting ever bigger reactors to the PPP, pumping everything up to 11 and calling it a PP? Either way, not sure it matters as long as there is production happening! Quite exciting.
