No different from the talentless horse trainer that keeps on backing his nag every time it goes around ..... the nag might have the ability, but the trainer doesn't ... nothing will change that .... & the nag will end it's career a maiden unless given to a 'real' trainer before it's too late.
The dilemma is how to get our potential Group 1 performer away from its talentless trainer, when the trainer owns a large share of it ... & is opportunistically increasing his % with every loss on the track as the other part owners give up in despair !!!!
