That's a fair question, but I would say No.
Consider the amount of sampling of cores they have done this would have shown up by now as they would be specifically looking for this, along with other materials
Plus from the Africa down under presentation 29-8-18 - they still have that point as low in deleterious material (& specified Uranium).
