I agree with what you have said there, however, the market doesn't like uncertainty.

I still think this is by far the best play outside of the DRC, and better than some of the ASX plays in the DRC, however no financial metrics just isn't going to cut it for now. It's a big misstep IMO, takes some shine from a management team previously overdelivering. This will be very leveraged to the cobalt price (for better or worse) until they can prove at what price it would be feasible (including capex).

Positive comments in the scoping study, and I think these guys are genuine, however, I haven't come across an ASX management team that aren't positive in every single scoping/feasibility study they release. As many know there was a scoping study recently where $2-$2.5bn capex was required for a company with literally no chance to ever raise that.... They were very positive too.
