In my opinion, the numbers aren't ready to show any prospective buyer. You'd burn bridges for wasting their time. Communication is the only way to fix this short term. I'm sure he's right now wishing he stuck to life as a simple consultant geo and private investor. He's got well-remunerated-CEO-suffering big time.
