Excuse my ignorance, but how is he "losing 200K" when he was GIVEN 111 millon performance shares. From my perspective, he will be gaining $555k PROFIT for 4 months of work (not sure what work cause it is not transparent) on top of his annual salary (pro-rata).
This speaks volumes of management. They put out sneaking announcement after 4pm and provide very little details.
