The performance shares were converted to ordinary shares on the 6th March 2018. The SP was at 0.007¢ so if I were him I wouldn't be selling till at least a pip over that price which is $100k plus for each pip. If he sold now he would lose around $200k.
Not a bad bonus or cash hand out for 4 Months. Now from what I am reading which is this part: "Mr Matthew Bowles has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company following the Company’s renewed focus on its Burraga Project in New South Wales."
Could that mean he didn't agree with management on where they are focusing, IE away from the Pilbara and instead NSW?
