Thomas Langley became a substantial holder on the 22 November 2017, refer to announcement 29 November 2017 which the shares were issued as consideration for the acquisition of Hardey Resources Pty Ltd 111,111,111 shares. Which at close of day SP being 0.016¢ x 111,111,111 ($1,777,777)
He may have sold off 69,551,926 shares on the 23 January 2018 at a loss of around ($873,601)but still is the holder of 41,559,185 shares. I don't know if he was in charge of writing the review all I know is his name as exploration manager is on all such reports along with Sarah Smith the secretary.
There could be many reasons as to why he sold. I know a few occasions I have had to sell parcels due to personal reasons.
Dont get me wrong I am not defending the way they are running the company as I'm extremely frustrated at the drop of the SP from the height 0.042 down to today's SP of 0.005 or a loss of 88%. Just that if I were to sell out now I would suffer a HUGE loss.
