COB's CEO JK mentioned in a recent interview: SP catalyst will be the PFS but just like you mmoore i believe the upcoming Resource upgrade will also help. Still for me the validation of the production process was very important: you can have a great resource but if your process is not economical...... COB has put this to rest for good now. Further it may be used on HAV project and who knows maybe other too and be another source of income for COB.
Also in latest presentation JK reaffirmed the goal of production cost of US$ 12/lb and latest spot price is almost US$ 38/ lb. With production target of 4000 tons of equivalent Co metals we are talking big operating profit here.: 4000 tons =8.8 Million pounds x US$ 25/ lb= US$ 220 Million/ y = AU$ 280 M/ y.
