Remember what happened to Richlands Resources and they wil have plenty of graphite aswell as vanadium when they start open pit mining for Tanzonite diamonds again which is 50/50 owned by Gemfeilds PLC and the other 50% split in half owned by the Tanzania government and there own personal wealth fund now, same government just a change of guard.
When the diamond vault got ripped of getting parst former gurka soldier security guards the loot turned up in Hong Kong for cutting and selling on the black market and internally to a blind eye bypassing the Tanzania stance of the good stuff has to get cut in Tanzania trained by Richlands Resourses because the government changed there mind and now owns half of it through dirty untoward tactics when it was Richlands who located the diamonds because they used to be found at surface.
Open pit mining is the safest option for the local work force to extract those diamonds and the deeper they go the better it gets along with byproduct credits but Richlands never stood a chance or they would have no doubt. Good luck
