if the SS doesn't stack up then they won't do a PFS as no one will pay for it. Dangerous to assume they will go straight to PFS after the SS. I don't care what they say in this announcement if they knew everything they need to know they would go straight to PFS now but they obviously don't so they need more info for investors before raising more money to do a PFS.
