Certainly doesnt help with most spec stocks seeing red today.
Coupled with year long decline in cobalt price, so hardly ideal conditions. Hopefully some more reassurance will be provided this afternoon.
When the SS was originally delayed in June, i couldnt help thinking it was an opportune decision because BB didnt want to release the SS into a depressed market ie we only get one shot at it. The only plus to these ongoing delays will be allowing some more positive sentiment to return to cobalt before advancing offtake negotiations.
