I think Asia is finally thinking about the impacts of pollution on their populations, primarily driven by a political backlash against the ruling elites from the people in the city streets who are being choked to death by smog on half of the days of the year. So not just the price of diesel, but policy may be drivers of cleaner fuels and optiblend could be a beneficiary.
