    Real long shot , speaking of long shots, could they buy into , fund PRL's $4 mil rights shortfall to get the second and third well complete in Uruguays permit as well as providing the much needed expertise to complete the project, the first sniffer well detected 2 mts of oil but couldn't flow it, Im sure that oils there just needs expertise, cash and some luck.
