I think in this case OXX is lucky / perspicacious thst their choice of JV partners in Ophir are Malaysian ( being a Petronas subsidiary and Scoma )

And the Ophir jv 75% funder is Malaysian.

Otherwise this could have been ugly. As it is wait and see.,...( could possibly still be ugly)
