That $10-20k was spend on "hell-icopter" rides as in iCopters to hell. A meter of gravel to level the roadway? Nah, most likely a grading permit required. Equipment on site but no permit and no talk of getting one...sort of makes a dumb look of things. I sure hope someone with dirt under their finger nails can bring this up at the meeting.
Oh, and about the meeting next month ...as in 4 weeks. A rumor I'm starting has it that C'o and Eric will, after the meeting adjourns, take one last iCopter ride to a ribbon cutting ceremony.
