Have to get the pump there .ESP not the right pump .Diesel powered low pressure high volume irrigation pump better but still need lower area to pump to and a right sized pipe to get there .
Imo a tracked excavator would be the most practical solution .Dig a drain to a lower area .If no culvert in this low part of the track , need to dig a trench through the track as well for both sides to drain .Would not need a big machine 10 tonner with a trenching bucket would be big enough and a smaller machine could probably be able to get closer to the inundated section before it needed to walk in .
Might need to bring in diesel by helicopter if it was any distance to a lower area and or the excavator had a long walk to the job .
If there is any sort of natural drainage line job might only take a day or two once the machine was on site .Just depends on the lay of the land .
