Everyone was worried about Li flooding the market and driving down prices so they sold off Li stocks. Then we find out supply will be 10% lower due to weather conditions (obviously hitting the whole region), and people sell off because there's not enough supply...
Seems short sighted to me. Especially consider the idea of buying a stock is based on forward earnings. If a company makes a profit selling wigets, and forecasts selling 10% fewer wigets next year, that doesn't mean the company overall is worth 10% less. Looks like a buying opportunity to me, and I'd be surprised if other major Li consumers weren't thinking the same thing.
