I don't want to defend Mr Saville, for starters communication from this company is woeful and I feel that I learn more about it from reading Audax's post than from the GM.
With that in mind and with regards to your comment that "measures that can be taken to mitigate some of the adverse effects of weather and cloudy conditions". I think there may have been some measures taken; albeit too late to affect today's ann. I'm refering to Audax's post of March 24 32000137 and the subsequent comments made by Nui on those photos.
