Hi NZR, sure I agree, very early stage projects are what they are and you have to be prepared for setbacks - we take the risk and we reap the rewards, for better or worse.
I just felt that we are failing at the first hurdle - and by that I don't mean that we can't get the deal done with the Chinese, I am still positive there. My suggestion to Management is don't put in ambitious timelines in the very first set of marketing material if we not really sure we can meet them - or say clearly "this is our best case timeline". If you make promises but then keep slipping, Management becomes tainted and it's hard to distinguish GPX from the other 1000 stories out there. Credibility is everything.
