Generally people wearing/ using latest tech devices want to be seen doing so, an image thing so to speak.
They don't want it obscured in any way, they want it to be seen!
Don't think a skin colour is that appealing, like cars, some look great in certain colours and look just plain awful in another colour. Personally think nuheara's buds would look terrible in skin colour, just my opinion of course.
