"Performance Shares which automatically convert into one Share (with once VICOA Option being issued for every two Shares issued) upon the announcement to ASX by Victory that one 4m intersection with an average grade of 300ppm scandium (Sc) or 600ppm cobalt has been achieved from a drilling program on the Tenements (being EL8666, EL8667, ELA29/1024 and ELA29/1023) within three years of their issue date (i.e. on or before 19 March 2021) (‘Milestone’)."
