re: Ann: Notice of Initial Substantial Holder... IMO - Yes,surprising - by my calc's = almost 35% below cash backing?- it appears a capital return of the current market value would be nice to get & still leave operational funds to keep MPO in business for some time!
This would give long suffering s'hldrs a chance to allocate funds to more productive areas!!!
