I was purely going off of page 7 of the announcement where they allocated $750,000 as "Sunnya CFDA registration expense" for "required expenses for CFDA registration of two Sunnya Infant formulae products".
As you correctly note on page 8 there are other statements around other CFDA stages. Which, if I read correctly, has:
Raicare Goat Formula - CFDA application has already been lodged
Raicare Infant Formula - CFDA application being prepared for approval
Ausupp Infant Formula - CFDA application being prepared for approval
Vitacare OPO Infant Formula - CFDA application being prepared for approval
FIT Goat Formula Infant Formula - CFDA application has already been lodged
Based on the above, it would read that these funds are required either for 3 applications since 2 are already lodged, or 5 if the costs are required for all. I am not sure where the 2 comes from on page 7.
As for the costs of marketing, noted that the costs seem absurdly high. A 20m CR would go down like the share price has of late, so clearly that's not an option. This may partially explain their chosen direction of partnering distribution channels since there is some inherent brand awareness generated through that process without having to spend the marketing dollars.
