Not to worry, I won't be bringing this up. If I was to raise anything it would be their performance rights. I'm a great fan of the "carrot & stick" motivational method, rather than this "carrots, carrots & more carrots" approach. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the previous 3 projects all achieve the requirements of Tranche 1 & 2 prior to their complete failure? I would be quite happy to reward them the total of all 3 tranches (34,500,000) if they achieve the requirements of the final tranche within 12 months. That would be working for the shareholders, not just themselves.
