    For future reference, and I have posted this before, the ASX Market Announcements Office decides which announcements are marked as "price sensitive".

    If you are concerned that an announcement was marked as price sensitive that should not have been, the ASX is the one to criticise, not the listed company.

    Further details can be read here, along with ASX's plan to slightly change this in future, with the listed company being able to indicate if they think something is price sensitive or not - but the final decision is always with the ASX.
