because SXX bought so many DTR shares at 1 cent, SXX is a comparable vehicle, even though SXX will probably own around 35% of DTR after this capital raising
say DTR reaches 12 cents. the gain on the current DTR share price will be 300%. based on my spreadsheet SXX will be worth 3.5 cents, which is a 289% gain from the current 0.9 cents .
say DTR reaches 24 cents. the gain on the current DTR share price will be 700%. based on my spreadsheet SXX will be worth 6.6 cents, which is a 633% gain from the current 0.9 cents.
plus SXX will have the remaining Fiji cash (say $4M to $5M, after repaying loan and investing more in DTR) to possibly fund another project
