agreed deal me... StreamCo will have seen the competition either delay launch cancel plans altogether and realise they don't have the "runway" left to get a foothold in the market before someone else does.
the QFX platform is live and working across both Aus and NZ... it's ripe for the picking!
as with other tech takeovers.... valuations are worked out using future revenues and not current!
