    The other way is that in an industry screaming out for Chinese money, having a female Chinese MD may have its advantages when sourcing investors / capital.

    NetEase Kaola's CEO is a female Chinese business woman & is one of the fastest growing ecommerce platforms in the world.

    So I'd say its very naïve to think this wont succeed because the CEO is a Chinese woman...
