Fair enough, Nursery. I had a quick read and felt that there were quite a few clauses which addressed things like partial sell offs, buy backs, takeovers, etc. My feeling, which is probably wrong, is that they want to make sure that if a buyer wants all or part of the company, then they have every contingency covered. I recall a statement by Brett Smith in an article that Rotichen posted a month or so ago. Smith said something like: its a tough maket to sell good news .... and what we need to do is make sure we are ready when the market picks up. (It's not word for word, but that is my memory of his statement.) At the time I felt Smith knew that Lake Lynn and Mt Gilmore are both very desirable battery-metal prospects which CZN needed to protect while its market cap is at a bargain price. (The same may be said for many good smallcap miners at the moment.) As a result, I wonder if some clauses have been tightened up in the new consitution. As I said, its only my feelings, amigos.
