I think your initial impression is correct. 2b for FSGS will be the first cab off the rank, with the larger CKD trial to start a bit later but otherwise run in parallel. The recent CR was to provide the additional funding required to complete the larger CKD trial.

As I understand it, FSGS will remain the priority focus simply because that is the condition for which FDA Orphan Drug status has been granted, and Orphan status provides a streamlined / faster / cheaper FDA approval process (at least for use in treating FSGS).
