    I think you missed the point I was making - I was referring to the likes of Zara, Uniqlo and/or other fast fashion businesses taking over the leases of Myer by way of acquiring the business, or their respective lease contracts - that is, MYR would cease to exist. The offers of the other retailers are still relevant and seemingly doing very well, globally.
