So what your saying then is that when the stock price goes down Mr market is telling us the company is a negative investment which they have actually been saying for the last several years.

I wouldn't put too much stock in what Mr markets opinion is, more often than not it is wrong and sure as hell can never make up it's mind.

This by no means defines my opinion on the debt facility though just a comment on following the herd.

As exciting as it seems at the moment can I just make the comment that the SP will go down a significant amount once again before this stock finally becomes the success it is touted to become.
