Maybe you could reveal your magical method for rushing through uncompleted P2 trials? And then enrolling hundreds of very sick people before their doctors, family or friends suggest an alternative course of treatment to that provided by a clinical trial for Phase 3, especially if there is a risk of a placebo.

After that to get it done quicker you would need some way of speeding up the time from that last enrollment to either the last secondary measure or the last observation a year or two later on after that. None of it is particularly quick.
