Presuming you were asking Are they there yet....... Almost tubbyguts, almost.
If you DYOR you might see that most if not all the current MSB T1 programs were then in P2, they are now in P3, except for the LVAD trial funded by others, oh and there is another much smaller paediatric heart based trial out of BCH too, also funded by others.
So yes things have definitely moved onThe P3s are moving on, as fast as they can.
And to top it off there are the Licencees, which gives me opportunity to trot a little bit of the stuff I started last night but didn't need to finish given all the other responses.
There is commercial income, from licensees at present ongoing from one licencee, JCR, with another on the way having paid one sum up front with more falling due at milestones. JCR is partnered, the other, TiGenix has had input from one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies Takeda, who is now in the process of buying them out and building their own production facilities for said licensed product and the platform it is based on. Fiercepharma report Takeda is spending €25 million ($30.5 million) to build a standalone modular cell therapy facility, while Engineers Ireland report it should be built by 2021. (Perhaps in the interim initial commercial batches may come from Lonza.)
