Isn't it the ASX who flags whether or not an announcement is price sensitive?
Boring as it may be to some the information that comes out of a DMC is relevant to a trial. In this case t is confirmation the trial will proceed as designed, but they can if interim results indicate it is the best course of action decide termination is necessary too.
