    I see nothing wrong in MSB providing context when making such announcements, it may look like they are repeating old information- but somebody may be reading this for the first time. So an announcement that caters for the new and old investor is fine by me.

    New investors researching companies, as well as old ones who may seek to be reminded of information they may have forgotten, are at liberty to visit the ASX's website where all presentations and announcements and reports are archived, going back two decades.

    Coincidentally, by dint of my being an ASX shareholder, I have learnt that The Exchange is trying to encourage only "relevant" announcements from being made across its platform because it is concerned by the increasing number of what it calls "nothing announcements" from being made.
