"You may not be aware about ASX rules on continuous disclosure:
3.1 Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information."
Oh, I like to think that I have more than a mere casual understanding of the continuous disclosure obligations of publicly-listed companies.
You can rest well assured that had MSB not made this announcement, it would have been at zero risk of breaching of its CDO's.
Because, fully explicit is the assumption that the market would reasonably expect the DME to allow the trial to progress as designed; hence, the fact that the market's expectation is being fully met means in this regard, means it would not be considered to be remotely something which could impact the share price.
