Getting interesting at these levels. Undoubtedly a "reasonable" business (at worst) currently trading at a cheap price. I haven't pulled the trigger so far because this business, like most medical businesses, is essentially a partnership between the owners and their employed medical staff. If the doctors aren't happy the shareholders will lose. If the doctors are really unhappy, there will be no business - Primary and Virtus will welcome any defectors with open arms. The essential question is: Has the new CEO managed to gain the trust of the remaining medical staff? Anyone know someone inside the tent??
